tenten online is managed by a sister company of HLF with the name Retailing Solution SARL, with all the rights to manufacture, distribute, marketing and deliver online orders globally.

Copyright 
All content, such as visuals, graphics, logos, images and videos, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of tenten online and therefore cannot be copied or used under any condition whatsoever.  

Purchase Guarantees 
Tenten / Mini Botte or any other item(s) offered on this website meet exactly the same quality standards and warranty requirements of the item in one of or any tenten shops. 
Each product is accompanied by the following information: 

• Item name 
• Item images
• Item's short description 
• Available sizes and colors 
• Description and Composition 
• Price (applicable currency) 

In addition, an automatic order confirmation will be sent by email to the address specified by the User if is registered, containing a description of the order, shipping fees, and the personal data provided, serving as an acknowledgment of receipt of the order. Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary network communication problem or to a typing error in the email address provided. For Users purchased by using their mobile number, an automatic SMS will be sent to their mobile confirming their purchase details and some additional information. 

Purchasing any item online (Prices) will undergo the same as walking into one of our physical stores and purchasing it.

Product Descriptions 
Tenten online endeavors to be precise. However, if a product offered by tenten online itself is not as described on the website, you can return it in an unused and excellent condition and get a full refund including the shipping fee charges within 3 working days. 

Product Availability 
All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If at the time of order placement, we unexpectedly detect that there is no availability of the products across our chain stores, the customer will be notified immediately. Furthermore, the item(s) if is paid by any bank payment but not delivered, will be refunded to the User/client in 3 days following the transaction or by the same method of payment used during the purchase.

Taxes  
tenten online does not identify the taxes of your country, therefore you should manage to fetch tax-related details by yourself and according to the country you are in, before making any purchase. 

Changes to site or terms of access and use 
tenten online reserves the right, at its sole discretion, without advance notice, to change, modify, add or remove all or any portion of the Site, including Terms. Changes to the Terms shall be immediately effective when posted. You shall review the Terms occasionally to be aware of any changes. Your access to and continued use of the Site after the changes are in motion will signify full acceptance of those changes. In addition, events may occur and can result in disruption or discontinuation of access to the Site, removal of specific Site Contents or corruption of Site Code. Therefore, tenten reserves the right, without liability, to:  
(1) discontinue provision of access to the Site to any or all users without notice, and  
(2) remove or modify any Site Content.  

Shipping 
We ship worldwide. However, the fulfillment of the order can be from the same country you are ordering from, or from another nearby country in which the item exists through one of our agents or distributors or Franchise shops. 

Shipment charges
Across Lebanese territory, the shipping price for each delivery is 40,000 ~ 50,000 Lebanese pounds, while items shipping from the United Arab Emirates to local deliveries are free of charge, and items shipping globally will be listed on the website in the check-out section with the shipping prices depending on the destination. 

Exchange size and/or return for a REFUND.
Exchange size is a service we provide in case the item did not fit well or as expected. The delivery for exchanging size will be additional charged same shipping rate charged previously.
For any reason, you are not well pleased with your purchase, you can return the item(s) and acquire a full refund or exchange of the product. You can return any item within 15 days from the date the item was delivered.
Any product you wish to return should be in the same condition you bought it, unused and clean. Please hold on to the receipt.  
Once the product(s) has/have been received back to tenten, it will verify that item(s) are in good condition and will proceed to refund the amount using the same method of payment used in the purchase by the User (Buyer).
You need to text us for your exchange or refund request, and one of our team members will assist you accordingly.

Shipping of returned products can range from 2-7 business days, depending on the carrier; 

• Refunds are processed the same day we receive your returned items 
• Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method 
• Tenten Online reserves the right to refuse used, worn, or damaged products  
• Discounted items bought during a Sale/Promotional period are not eligible for returns 
• Returns must be processed within a timeframe of 15 days and will not be accepted after that period 
• You will not be able to fill the return table after the invoice number has expired 15-day deadline 
• After proper inspection and confirmation of the merchandise’s excellent condition, the amount paid will be retransferred to your bank account within a period of 15 days 

Items Bought during the discount cannot be Refunded, can be exchanged.
